Who I helpChildren · Teens · Adults

You can begin where you are.

Therapy can offer space to understand what you are carrying, whether you are seeking support for yourself or looking for help for your child.

For children finding their words

Children may express difficult experiences through play, behavior, or emotions before they can describe them. Alicia uses play therapy techniques and trauma-focused approaches to help younger clients express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways. A first conversation can clarify your child’s needs and whether virtual care is a good fit.

For teens finding their footing

Adolescence can bring changes in identity, relationships, mood, and expectations. Alicia offers a collaborative space to talk about anxiety, stressful experiences, and transitions, while working toward goals that are meaningful to the teen.

For adults carrying a lot

Persistent worry, the weight of depression, grief, or the effects of trauma can make daily life feel harder to navigate. Alicia works with adults, including older adults, to explore these concerns, build coping skills, and identify a way forward that fits their lives.

There is no perfect way to explain it.

You do not need a diagnosis or a polished story to describe why you are seeking support. These are some of the concerns Alicia works with:

  • Anxiety & stress
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Depression & mood
  • Grief & loss
  • Life transitions
  • Identity & relationships

Let’s explore the right fit.

Age, goals, and the kind of support you need all matter. A first conversation can help clarify whether Alicia’s care fits your situation.
